I have a desk job and in the last 2 years my weight has hone up to from 76 to 80 I want to lose weit pls help me.

You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits, vegetables. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Take small and frequent meals.
