Doctor i'm 27 years old male. My penis is shrunk and very small. I also suffer from premature ejaculation. Whenever I watch porn or get excited within few seconds precum comes and lots of precum comes out. When I masturbate on slightest touch I ejaculate. I feel very low and depressed about my problem. Because of my shrunk and small penis I don't feel confident and can't concentrate on anything in my life. I experience lower back pain, severe hair loss and feel tired almost all the time. I get frequent night fall with and without wet dreams. I feel very much disturbed. I have a history of porn addiction and masturbation addiction right from the age of 14.
