To improve the glow and maintain skin health, include nutrient rich food in your diet. Include vitamin e rich food in your diet as that particular vitamin makes your skin look beautiful, healthy and radiant. Also include fruits, vegetables, whole grains in your diet. Take tomatoes, green tea, berries, brown rice, fish, sea food, dark green leafy vegetables, kiwi, nuts, salmon, carrots, pumpkin seeds, radish, avocados, almonds, strawberries, walnuts, dark chocolates, yogurt, pomegranate etc for glowing and fair skin. Fast foods like junk food & caffeine are highly processed that makes your skin loose the sheen and radiance.
