Breakfast or the snack that you eat within 2 hours of waking up should be a combination of carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats. So, upma, poha, paratha, egg roti etc are ideal foods to take. Replacing breakfast meal with a protein shake is not a healthy option. Your body does not need only proteins but a balance of all major nutrients.

hello..protein shake is good but consume that which cooked from natural way like banana milk shake..dry fruits shake with milk..egg with milk etc..artificial protein powder is injurious to health so try to avoid this..
