How can my problem will be resolved as my weight is up to 100kg and I want to decrease upto 60kg?

For lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... 
Drink lots of water......... 
Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... 
If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ 
Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily......... 
Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... 
Avoid carbohydrate in diet....  Prefer protein..... 
Avoid junk food and cold drinks.... 
Avoid sweets and bakery products..... 
Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns fat very fast..... 
Avoid mango,  banana,  cheeku,  cheese,  extra oil....... 
Take homoeopathic medicine
Phytolacca berry ( 10 drops three times a day in half cup of water )..  Take it one hr after meal.....  Take it for one month...... 
Update me after that for follow up....
