Common causes of tachycardia are- Fever, anxiety,emotional stress,side effects of some medicines, anaemia, hyperthyroidism , exercise or infections and heart related problems. Avoid stress and tensions. Do deep breathing exercises or yoga. Drink plenty of liquids. Take adequate rest. Hope this helps u.

Hello, when go afraid your body release adrenaline hormone due to which heart beat faster. When you work heavly your body need lot of oxygen so heart beat faster to carry those oxygen through blood to different parts of body. These are all physiological nothing to worry abt.
