We are married couple (32 age Male, 29 age Female). We have been trying to conceive for last 4 months. We need to use lubrication (Vaseline) during the sex. What are some of pregnancy friendly lubricant that I can buy in local stores.

If you need to use vaseline during sex, and you are trying to conceive, then be aware that vaseline is spermicidal and hence acts as a obstacle to conceive. Most lubricants are spermicidal and hence the nest would be to try and get as much natural lubrication as is possible. Before penetration, during foreplay please get famililiar with the private parts of the female. At the topmost part of the external vulva, is a fold of skin between which is enclosed a small bead like organ called clitoris. If the clitoris is massaged it will result in engorgement of the erectile tissue in the female and hence in preparation good lubrication will be thrown by the accessory glands. This will solve most of the problems as natural lubricant is very sperm friendly. During sex if you have routine man on top position it prevents the clitoris from being stimulated. Lubrication is a sign of arousal. If the woman is aroused her vagina gets lubricated, in preparation for the coitus naturally by the secretions of the accessory sex glands I would suggest you bring your partner at the edge of the bed, ask her to hold her legs apart and you can stand by the bed, between the legs and enter the vagina this way. In this position the visual stimulus to your erection and also your hands are free to stimulate the clitoris to get her aroused and hence more lubricated.
