Hello.... Fir lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight....... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... Avoid carbohydrate in diet.... Prefer protein..... Avoid junk food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets and bakery products..... Eat apple daily.. It burns fat very fast..... Avoid mango, banana, cheeku...... For healthy skin take proper care of your skin..... When going out cover your face with cloth to avoid from dust and harmful sunrays.... To remove dark circles take 8 hrs good sleep..... Put potato slice on eyes twice a day... It help in decreasing dark circles...... At night time massage few drops of almond oil on eyes....... You can apply curd on face.. It gives you good skin... Use it 2-3 times a day.....
