I am 27 years old. My current weight is 76 kg. Is it OK for current age. I am feeling little fatty. Pls give me some suggestions.

Your weight is marginally higher about 2-3 kg. To reduce weight you have to avoid oily & sugary food. Say no to bakery, processed & packed food. Do exercise for 30-40 mins daily. Take home made low calorie food.
