I am a tutor and I have to roam here and there as because of this my hair falls too much. Just because of pollution and its growth also stopped please help me.

Dirt, pollution will affect the hair. It will clog the pores on the scalp and will lead to dandruff. In this condition it is very important to oil the scalp and wash it regularly. Oiling has to be 3/week and washing everyday with mild scalp cleanser. Wearing scarf will help you to reduce exposure to dirt, dust. Hair fall will reduce as you will start oiling and washing. If it doesn't settle then it is important to consult trichologist.
