I am 26years old unmarried girl. In 2011 I was 47kg but after loosed my weight to 40kg. And I am not putting up my weight again. It's stable from last 4yrs. I had consulted with doctors but no improvement. please help me to gain weight.

U should eat high protien diet like paneer, soyabeans, cheese, egg, meat, chicken etc and do exercise regularly to increase appetite.
