My problem is I am going too much time toilet on a day give me a suggestion what can I do.

Spending toomuch time in toilet is the indication of improper digestion, excretion. I. E. Constipation. Try to take more water. Like 3-4 litres minimum/day. If you drink 1/2-1 litre of water in morming with emoty stomach, then its very good pressure builder& good in general also. Take more fruits. Not filtered juices, try to take with ulp, & wherever possible with external layers also. Take more fibre rich contents like, whole wheat, hand pounded rice, green leafy veg, veg salads, oats, sprouts, daily do exercises regularly without fail, as the movement is mandatory for internal organs.
