Hi, i?m a teenager and yesterday in my workout I was doing some barbell squat. After few sets, I notice a pain in the cervical spine area (you supposed to put the barbell few inches below but I think I accidentally placed it a bit higher) I started feeling the pain before the heavy sets (the pain wasn?t because of the weight) I wanted to know if there?s anything I can do to end the pain. Although the pain isn?t that bad, it?s annoying me. I tried putting ice on the area and it helped a little. I wonder if you can help me. Thank you.
