I really wana know. How can I cure my back pain. I am a student and travel 4hrs daily via train and my back hurts a lot please suggest me something help me.

Hi, initially go for hot water fermentation thrice a day for three days with mild stretching to hamstring, calf, quadriceps and back muscles. After theree days go for back strenghthening, quadriceps strnghthening, glutei strenthening. Avoid standing for long time, keep moving after every 15 min and while sitting keep your back supported.
