I have so much dandruff in my hair because of this I go bald I thought it will reduce but not worked please suggest me some medical oil or shampoo. Also my hair is falling due to this.

You can not change the quality of water which generally is hard or with so many other bad factors at many places now. You can boil to soften it. To add medicinal value water boiled with certain herbs are working better for hair wash. General otc oils may not be of much use. Specific oils are to be selected or prepared by vaidya/ yourself. But that depends on your prakruti and history. Genetic causes, scalp condition, pitt prakruti etc have different solutions. Pl consult for details. As of now solve dandruff issue first.
