Hi doctor, me and my husband are trying to conceive from past 5 months with no success. We were diagnosed with corona in january. What are some of the supplements we need to take and what are the lifestyle changes required to get pregnant? I am 29 and my husband is 33. I have regular periods (28 days). My height and weight are 5.5 ft ,64 kgs.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month, nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before a couple need any active management by a gynecologist or infertility specialist prior to planning pregnancy important to get vaccinations, do some reports and use supplements so meet gynecologist.
