For Symptomatic relief you can take Tab. Paracetamol 500 after meals, 3 ? 4 times daily (only if you are not allergic to the drug.) Drink plenty of water,Take light but nutritious diet. There are many causes of fever. If you have some associated symptoms, please mention, you may require further investigations & treatment based on reports
