I have problem of lack confidence and low memory easy to forget things eyes week hair are losing can't work more than 4 hour's sir please help me I am also want to become like others intelligent and active. Please suggest m good diet some more.

Start meditation and yoga which would help you brisk walk everyday maintain a diary for your daily schedule which would give an organised day which is important for your concentration. Start writing good thoughts and achievement's in a diary do not discuss your probelms with everyone rather get a confident attitude which it self improves your confidence. Give importance to a fruit and food salad. Csrrots, beat root, apple, banana, and vegetables. Involve high protein food. Soya beans, nuts, fish, eggs, meat. Can have wet almonds in morning. Can have multivitamins and antioxidants. Drink green tea. Avoid beverages and junk food. And one more your hairloss could b due to stress. Take care!
