Hi I have tested covid positive. I had got symptoms 3 days back with sore throat and then fever. Fever got reduced in 2nd day itself. Now I have severe cough and throat pain. Below are the tablets taken by me till now: 1- day 1 dolo (3 times) one clavam 625 2- day 2 dolo (2 times) clavam 625 (1 time) azithral 500 mg (1 time) 3- day 3 dolo (2 times) azithral 500 mg (2 times) 4- day 4 today zerodol sp (2 times) cough syrup nipaxon -3 times 10 ml apart from these I do gargle with salt water and take strepsils for sore throat. What else shall I do? When I cough I feel my bones will come out. Please advise.
