Hi, I am 22 week pregnant in my second trimester. Doctor recommended me to go for cervical cytology. The doctor took sample through swab and told me there was little bleeding like spotting while taking the sample. And she told me the spotting will stop by the end of the day there will be no harm in pregnancy. I am just little worried after seeing blood. If it normal to have little bleeding during cervical cytology during pregnancy? Should I be worried? Till now I have not experienced any kind of bleeding this is first time I am facing such thing after doctor took sample from swab.

It should not be a problem when done through expert doctors otherwise they will guide you accordingly. However you take an ayurvedic safe formula during pregnancy capable of pregnancy health, foetus health and checking mild bleeding during pregnancy or post cervical cytology. In most cases, this is not a cause for concern, and it usually goes away without intervention. You may consult if you like. For foetus health also some herbomineral ayurvedics are very excellent for having beautiful, healthy child.
