I'm losing hair from past 3-4 years, it's diffuse not confined to single region. I've tried Minoxidil topical application, but it didn't work. I've also tried dove hair care but it's of no use. What could be the possible reason. And is there any home remedy or shampoo for this?

Hello from your clinical history, it seems that you might be having one or more of the following clinical presentation: 1. Decreased density of hair in scalp 2. Thinning of existing hair 3. Visible scalp skin 4. Receding hair line from front and crown area reasons for above mentioned problem can be genetics (hereditary), stress, chronic medical illness like typhoid, jaundice, nutritional deficiency etc so, first of all, it's important to find the cause of your problem to decide the treatment protocol. It is very rare to see positive results in just 3 months of minoxidil application. So, you can continue applying minoxidil another treatment options include, oral medicines, peptide therapy, prp therapy etc. So, better is to consult a dermatologist to decide for other treatment options.
