M 30 years of age and for four years m suffering from pigmentation in this regard on advice of dermatologist m using kojivit night dream and sper sunscreen spf 40 and melano tx od 1 tab per day but m not feeling it worthy so my question is that pigmentation curable or not and if it is curable then what is the best treatment for it. Please provide your suggestion to me and also the estimate of treatment.

It totally depends on cause of pigmentation n grade of pigmentation. There r certain creams which can work faster than kojivit. Melano tx also is used in certain conditions (not all. Do continue sunscreen. If it's not working (after a long term use) please get re evaluated n better to add/change the molecule.
