Mr. Lybrate-user, it good to know that your blood sugar level and bp are with in the normal range. The normal range of blood sugar when in control should be fasting nearer 100 mg and pp between 150 to 160 mg/100 ml, hba1c% <7 (ideally <6.8). Bp should be <130 /80 mm of hg. Plus I am sure following all the needed guidelines like taking a restricted diet giving exact amount of calories based on ideal body weight (58 kgs), blood sugar levels and extent of physical exercise. Maintain healthy body weight by doing regular exercise like yoga, push ups, plank, running etc. Eat small amount of foods. Do not skip meals. Take 5-6 times foods with small amount. Avoid fast foods. No sugar, cola, soft drinks etc. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. No underground vegetables etc. Take unrefined foods. Extra fish, lean meat etc will help you. Avoid smoking, alcohol.
