Hi team, I am 27 male and unmarried. I have a ring formed around the head of the penis which is white in color. It causes irritation itching and pain at times. When I touch the head it pains. Please suggest some ointment or medicine to remove the ring formed around the head of the penis. Due to which at time I feel discomfort to pull back the foreskin.
