I had vsg surgery 3 months ago and I have started eating healthy, low sugary foods. Going to the gym 4 times a week and reduced the amount of food in take. I am continue to loose weight but recently my bloodwork shows my glucose level is 196 and my a1c is 5.4. Before my surgery my a1c was 5.2 now it has increase with a smaller moderation on my plate which is weird. Also I am constipated for 5 days and only go to the bathroom when I use magnesia or enema.
