Since last month I have been drinking around 8 to 9 liters of water. Will it effect me badly if I continue drinking the same amount of water? What average amount of water to drink daily is idle for an adult?

Please do not drink excess of water. Drink water according to your thirst only. However you should drink a glass of water after every meals this is a must. Rest depends on your work environment.
