I need to extract my 3 teeth severe headache, toothaches, pain in the neck face swollen. Do I need to stop my Aspirin pre&post extraction. Thank you.

You are on aspirin, which is a blood thinner. It causes excessive bleeding post extraction, so it should be stopped 3 days before extraction of the tooth and 3 days post extraction. You are also on immunosuppresant drugs i. E. Azathioprine and ciclosporin which is suppressing your immune system, to fight infection. You should be admitted, put on intravenous antibiotics pre and post extraction. You are also on wysolone, a corticosteroid. It should be doubled before extraction to avoid adrenal crisis. You have to be very carefully monitored for the procedure. Good luck.
