I have recently got root canal therapy but my that tooth still aches a little while chewing what should I do. I haven't told my dentist for this.

It takes at least a month or two for the root canal tooth or the underlying bone to heal completely. If the pain persists even after a month or two, consult your dentist and he will check with x-rays.

Wait and watch for a few days for the pain to come down and after that get a cap done over the tooth. If the pain doesn't subside, you have to get the procedure repeated.
