Mujhe kaam pe mann nhi lagta aur mann hamesha chichida sa rahta hai, subha uthne me bhi problem hoti h bahut der tak soya rahta hu. Please help me. Suggest me good thing.

Hello, lack of sleep can cause irritation. Try to meditate and do some yoga exercises in the morning. Try to eat healthy food and avoid fast foods and oily foods which can aggrevate irritation try this for a week and if the problem still continues please consult for further workup.
