Hello, 1) how can I stop comparing myself to others academically in studies? 2) why on exam days only, our mind is so focused on studying? 3) I have watched so many study motivational video sessions of coaching classes to get interest in studies, like they are telling the importance of a degree, not to change the goal, do or die attitude, to increase the level of competence, to sacrifice social networking sites but no relief. What should I do now? 4) I am 22 years old. 5) why is it so that it is easier to give advice to the one who doesn't study and when it comes to ourselves, why is it difficult to follow the study strategies? 6) I cannot adapt to an online education system. 7) how to really work on weak subjects like language subjects, mathematics, numerical? 8) does too much studying affect mental health? 9) I seriously lost my interest in studies.
