I have sciatica, and I do thigh workout nowadays but I feel pain in my lower back in the night, I do not know if these exercises hurt me or not, it is just while im sit down and make hips and thigh muscles, I do not know what to do, I want to know if these exercise will make risk for my back spain.

And consult orthopaedic doctor and take treatment and also physical therapy treatment are follow some time. After that planning to decide which type of workouts most important to you. Discuss with your trainer and your physical therapist.
