Applying it overnight will be better. Treatment required is need cleaning, desensitizing procedures artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment.

Agar xray mein cavity hey toh uski filling yah rct karwayiye, ye depend karega cavity kitni badi hey. Agar cavity nahi toh sensodyne rapid relief/ vantaj toothpast/ sanqueal f toothpaste jo bhi aapko mil jaye usko lagye. 30 second tak laga ke rake and then brush kare. Lekin xray zaroor karwye.
