Hi Jishnu, What to have for breakfast is absolutely your choice but it is necessary to have a sumptuous breakfast. You must have at least one portion of poha or upma or something similar. one glass of milk with if possible with corn flakes or similar. Along with it, it will be the best if you are able to eat at least one fruit in your breakfast. In a day you should drink at least 3 to 4 litres of water.
