Hi, you did not specify for how long have you been suffering pain in neck and left side of spine. You must consult a spine surgeon, and decide the line of treatment. The mri report says that there is disc bulge between cervical 6 and 7 vertebra (neck). Is there any improvement with hot fomentation or by applying diclo gel? In the mean time take a cervical pillow, do hot fomentation (if you are not diabetic), donot do any exercises for neck, you may go for traction or short wave diathermy and tens.
