I have been having some headaches, light sensitivity, moody, forgetting sometimes. And once fell off a triple decor in 2018 but never went to the hospital. Could it be a head injury?

Dear sara, may be that a slight head injury be there .but don't worry. Take this prescription for 7 days. Rx - c17 4d - 40 drops with luke warm water tds, be 5 drops with luke warm water pc tds, p7 - 2d - 20 drops with luke warm water, ext massage of we on the temple region of both sides for 5 min daily, 2 ml intramuscular injection no 14 / 15 days pl continue the treatment for 15 days.
