I'm on endometriosis treatment from 24th july 2021, taking dinofirst (dienogest 2 mg) tablet. My doctor had told that menstrual cycle will stop once you start taking this tablet. But from past 20 days i'm having slight bleeding and cramping, is this a side effect of the tablet? Is this normal?
