My age is 19 years old. I am female. I have dark spots around mouth from 2 years. 2 years complete but that dark patches are not removing. What I do. How I remove my dark patches around mouth. And my hair is not growing since 4 5 years I am using parachute oil. At the end some splits are there. My skin is dry. My scalp also dry scalp not oily. These two are biggest problem to me I want to trying long in 4.can i. Please help me what I do.
