Allegra-m daily at bed time and ezicas-f nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day for 2 weeks. Ct scan is usually required to see the extent of disease and to plan the management.

Nasal polyps are due to a combination of persistent allergy and infection. The treatment is medical management followed by surgery followed by medical management. It is life long problem and not easy to treat. Surgery offers many benefits, including wide clearance of the disease, opening up of sinus blockages, removal of accumulated debris, reduction of turbinates if required etc. Patients are greatly relieved following a well performed surgery in expert hands. Quite often the sense of smell also returns. You should reconsider your refusal of surgery - after appropriate medical management it is a good option for you. Regards
