My daughter has fever 101 since two hours. She is 9 years old. Her weight is 18 kgs. I have imol at home. How much dose can be given? If any other medicine required please advice.

Hi give her paracetamol tab for children aged 8-9 years:�360-375 mg every 4-6 hours�up to a maximum of three doses daily. And manage the fever so that it does not get to her head. I.e keep her head cool you can message privately for more help cause she has an underlying disease that needs to be treated.
