Hi Lybrate, previously in my life I have experienced very much anxiety due to religious ocd. But now it is gone. But one problem is that my resting heart rate is between 95 to 100. My heart rate when I get up early in the morning is between 85 to 90. And my spo2 is 98%. My pr is 90. And a year back my ecg is normal. Can you please tell me what is the problem. Is this tachycardia, if so is it dangerous.

Unless the heart rate crosses 100, it is not tachycardia and so you don't need to worry. You are suffering from an anxiety disorder, which is causing your heart to beat more. So your heart rate is towards the higher side. Homeopathy can offer you great help for your anxiety disorder.
