I am a 30 year old male. About 3 weeks ago I had heart palpitations through the night however through relaxing techniques and distractions they went away completely and I felt much better. Last night they came back very strong and I struggled to sleep. It was a strange feeling in my chest and the heart beat felt strong however I did’t notice it when I moved about only when I laid still.
