Hello all doctors need your advise to overcome the difficulties of frequent urge of urinate, pain above penis when the intensity of urine is high and outflow is only 15 to 20 ml. Life becomes miserable, embarrassment. This problem is since last almost 2 months have consult many doctors done many tests xray kub, usg kub, kft, hba1c, cbc, urine routine and culture and uroflowmetry. But nothing came, tried following medications: alfoo, nubh, roliten, mira s, pyridium. Few report vitals, uroflowmetry total void 512 ml, max 12.5, avg flow 8.39 ml/s, kft normal, urine routine: pus cells 5 to 7, leukocytes: trace, urine culture: no growth. Hba1c: 5.6. Some time burning sensation and lower back pain. And pain between thigh and penis when urge more and output less. I prepared void diary as prescribed by doctor and out of 4 days max urine in morning kf 320 ml rest avg 80 to 100 ml with avg 7 times a day.
