Never eat protein supplements, its dangerous, these companies and sellers will never tell you the actual horrors of supplements, infertilty, impotence, low libido are just few side effects, instead eat natural proteins derived from food. Eat paneer, cow ghee, curd, milk, figs, apricots, almonds, green leafy vegetables, bananans, apple, walnuts they all are rich source of protein, exercise a lot and eat them freely. Do not eat supplements its poison.
