I am a 42 year old male, I was working with heavy electrical cables yesterday and my back took some strain. When I got home from work I had lower abdomen pain that started. This later was added by a pain in my middle penis, and felt the urge to urinate often. Every 10 minutes or so, some urine deposits where reddish brown in color. I eventually went to sleep to wake up around 3 am to find I had wet the bed. Sharp shooting pain still persists in my penis however it has moves more towards the tip this morning. Could I have injured something?
