Hi - first you make some fat by putting carbohydrate sources foods like rice, chapati etc. Add butter & ghee as necessary. You v to over all increase your calorie by good quality high calorie bfoods through cereals, pulses, legumes & obviously high quality protien like egg, fish, chicken etc. Vegetables, fruits can help y always. After some weight gain you can come to me for muscles.
