My concentration level gone down and have now become more introvert, get annoyed very early and I feel tired, spend most of the times along with mobile, tend to forget things very fast, previously I used to be very jovial and now I feel a bit dull and my energy level has gone down, sometimes while talking in amidst of discussion I become blank and miss whats going on, most of the times I feel i'm lost somewhere, my body weight is 106 kg and 6 ft tall, I do drink n smoke, please advice how to overcome this,
