This is jyoti. My mom has a major problem with hands. Her hands skin is itchy, dry, rough, inflamed, irritated and major cracks, small raised bumps that ooze fluid when scratched. She has been suffering with this from 5 years. We have tried many treatment but nothing happened. please suggest me what to do.
