Hello. I am nikhil. 21 years old since last two months I am facing phimosis. The color of my foreskin got white. And it become more likely to tear when I pull it back. Nd layer of smegma is depositing on both fore skin nd tip of my penis. every time I pull it back. Its leaving a tear. please help me to get rid of it.
