Hi I am a 26 old female I had my cesarean delivery 2 years back ,i lvd loose my all the body fat with exercise but my tummy abdominal bulge not going it is always hanging down my tummy, exercise is not working on it every time I wear my dress it is hanging overyhere is there any solution I can of it ?it is very uncomfortable ,i thought I it will go by its own with the time but not going.

you can start with belly area exercise followed by moderate protein rich diet. that will help you to boost up your muscles mass and you will get tonned and firm area. for best results you can also get your constitution ( vata/pit/kapha) and on that basis you can take diet
