Many reasons are there behind this like heredity,food habit,health problems.So do a health check ups.And do these...do exercise like weight lifting and others to gain weight and to build muscle.Eat more food more frequently.Take ghee,chocolate,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with foods.Use weight gainer nutritional supplements.Use dense fruits,vegetables,refined foods with unrefined foods.Take extra protein in diet.Use more healthy fats in cooking.Take nuts,seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Stay stress free and take quality sleep.
